Child Growth Foundation welcomes guidelines for the treatment of Silver Russell Syndrome

The recent launch of consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Silver Russell Syndrome (SRS) has been welcomed by the Child Growth Foundation (CGF), the UK's leading charity for rare growth and endocrine conditions.

Until now, the diagnosis and subsequent treatment of SRS, a disorder that causes prenatal and postnatal growth retardation, was not well defined and varied greatly between countries and specialists within one country.
