Honorary Membership

Honorary Membership is awarded to those persons of special distinction in endocrinology or who have performed outstanding service to the Society. Nominations are received through and approved by the Executive Committee.

2017 – Philippe Bouchard, France

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Society as President (2011–2015) and Secretary (2005–2010)

2016 – Paolo Beck–Peccoz, Italy

In recognition of his contribution to endocrinology and our Society through his dedication and commitment as Editor–in–Chief of the European Journal of Endocrinology, Chair of the ESE Publishing Committee and ESE Vice President (2009–2013).

2015 – Andrezj Milewicz, Poland

In special recognition of his commitment to ESE through the role he has played in the development of the Society in his country and through his chairmanship of the LOC for ECE 2014.
