Accessing the online webinars and preparation

Once you have registered for the course and have a valid ticket, you will be sent access information approximately 1 week before. 

Sessions will be carried out of Zoom, so please ensure that you are able to access Zoom on your University/institution computer. We will also be using a separate platform (Mentimeter) for answering exam style questions, which you will be able to access during the session. Answers to the questions will be discussed during the sessions. 

The recording of the webinars will be available on ESE On Demand approximately 3 weeks after the webinars have taken place for those who have purchased a registration ticket.  All ticket holders will have access to this content for 60 days, and unlimited access if you are an ESE member.

On the day of each webinar at approximately 12 noon CEST, you will receive a Zoom invitation for that specific day only. Please be sure to look out for this email (check your Junk/Spam folder) and use the links to register your name and confirm the session is being recorded, before being able to access the session. 

To ensure a smooth experience please be sure to check you have a reliable internet connection. If you have internet issues, please try a different browser, switching on on and off or you can consider switching to your mobile phone.

Pre-session exam questions – to complete BEFORE the session

As part of the course, we will be testing your knowledge and providing you with some practice exam-style questions.

At 12 noon (CEST) on the day of the webinar, you will receive an email from us with a QR code or website address and access code. This will take you to a web page where you can complete the multiple-choice questions. Your answers are anonymous, and it will not count towards accreditation. This is an interactive way to test your knowledge. During the session you will be asked the same questions and the answers will be discussed by the faculty.

We do encourage you to complete this each day to test your knowledge.
