All sessions will be available on ESE On Demand for those with a valid registration ticket for three months. 

 

* In-training/reduced rate is available for members and non-members who fall under the following categories:

  • In-training: members who are studying full time for an academic qualification. This does not include those studying part time whilst working in another role (e.g. MD students).
  • Reduced rate: members who are under 35 years of age, nurses, retired or are from countries below high income country status, as classified by the World Bank. Income status can be checked at the Worldbank website.

Please note - we can only accept credit/debit card payments for individual bookings.

 

Limited number of complimentary bursary places for ESE members kindly supported by Pfizer Inc. 

A limited number of registration tickets are available for ESE members who have a valid ESE membership under the following categories. Please note, this is not available for group bookings, and will only appear if you have valid ESE membership that fits into the following criteria. Places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis:

Group Registration at ESE Clinical Update on Acromegaly - deadline Monday 19 October

You can now register groups through the website for groups of over 10 up until Monday 19 October. Please use the registration link to create a profile and then purchase the registrations you require. Once payment has been received you can then upload your delegates’ details. You can re-enter your profile to amend the details of your booking. You can change names up until Monday 19 October, all payments must be received by 19 October.  

IMPORTANT  ACCESS INFORMATION FOR GROUP PARTICIPANTS: If any participants have not already accessed ESE's platform via our supplier (M-anage), they will need to look out for an email from the M-anage support team to verify their account. If participants do not verify their account, they will not be sent instructions of how to access the event.

Cancellation of Registration / Refund Requests

If you decide that you no longer wish to attend this online meeting for any reason you must send your cancellation request in writing to the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) registration@ese-hormones.org.

Cancellation of registration or refund requests will be accepted until and on Monday 19 October 2020 – cancellation requests received before this date will be subject to an administrative charge of 10% plus any bank charges.

For cancellations or refund requests made after Tuesday 20 October (for any reason including ill health, internet issues or any other personal reason not to attend) we regret that no refunds can be made or authorised. 

Please send your email confirmation and receipt with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the delegate. Refunds will be processed after the ESE Clinical Update on Acromegaly course has taken place. 

It is recommended that all delegates take out insurance to cover their registration in case they are unable to attend for any unforeseen reason. The European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.

In the unlikely event that the online course is cancelled, and cannot be re-scheduled delegates registration fees will be refunded in full. No compensation will be provided.
