Accessing the online webinars

Sessions will be carried out of Zoom, so please ensure that you are able to access Zoom on your University/institution computer. 

Please note all sessions will be recorded. The recording of the webinars from the event will be available on ESE On Demand for those who have purchased a registration ticket approximately two weeks after the webinars have taken place.  All registered delegates will have access to this content for 60 days, and if you are an ESE member, access will continue after this date.

 

Links for accessing the webinars

On the day of each webinar at approximately 12 noon, you will receive a Zoom invitation for that specific day only. Please be sure to look out for this email (check your Junk/Spam folder) and use the links to register your name and confirm the session is being recorded, before being able to access the session. 

To ensure a smooth experience please be sure to check you have a reliable internet connection. If you have internet issues, please try a different browser, switching on on and off or you can consider switching to your mobile phone.

However we do encourage you to attend the live sessions for benefit from the discussions with the faculty.
