We have been informed of a few instances where credit card payments have not been accepted due to Risk Management protocols in place by WorldPay. Issues may arise if the billing country does not match the country where the card was issued. Please try an alternative card if possible.

Delegates eligible for the in-training/reduced rates and student rates are as follows:
IN-TRAINING: people who are studying full time for an academic qualification.
This does not include those studying part time whilst working in another role (e.g. MD students).
REDUCED RATE: people who are under 35 years of age, retired or are from countries below high-income country status, as classified by the World Bank. Income status can be checked at the Worldbank website.
STUDENT: undergraduate students who have not yet selected endocrinology or internal medicine as a speciality. To show eligibility for this registration category you will be required to provide written proof of your student status. Please download and complete this form which will need to be uploaded as you register.
Presented ePoster/Oral Communications Speaker - If you are speaking as part of a Presented ePoster or Oral Communications session, please choose the participant type relevant to you. Please do not select Speaker/Chair as this participant type is reserved for invited speakers.
Dates and Deadlines
Please register in advance of the start of the live days of the Congress so you can familiarise yourself with the e-ECE 2021 platform, add key sessions to your calendar and ensure that you don’t miss the information sent to registered delegates in advance of the beginning of the Congress. Please note that full payment is required at the time of registration.

Deadline for Group Registration: Thursday 6 May 2021 (23:59 CEST)
To secure your registration at the Early Bird rate, payment must reach our bank account in time for that deadline. If received after this, the higher fee will apply.
Group Registration
Group registration is available for 10 or more participants. If you have less than 10 participants, each delegate will need to be registered separately. You can register your Group online through the registration system, by using the 'Group Registration' module. For help and guidance when making your Group Booking please refer to the Group Booking Guide.
Booking for 10 or more from your Institution?
Did you know you can register your whole department or institution at the same time, with the Group Booking facility? If 10 or more of your colleagues want to attend, you can do one Group Booking and one payment for your institution, e.g. University or Hospital department. Please use the Group Booking function and make one payment for the whole Group via credit card or can request one invoice for the whole Group.
IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION FOR GROUP LEADERS: If your participants have not previously accessed ESE's platform via M-anage (ESE’s On Demand and online Congress platform), please remind them to look out for an email from the M-anage support team to verify their account. If participants do not verify their account, they will not be sent instructions of how to access e-ECE 2021.
If your participants have used the M-anage platform before, please ask them to login to ensure they remember their login details. If they have forgotten their password, they can reset this by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD. They will need to check their SPAM/Junk folder for any communications as these may land there depending on SPAM filter settings and firewalls.

Delegate Confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent to all participants via email after receipt of registration and payment. Joining instructions will be sent out closer to the event.
IMPORTANT: If you have not used the ESE On Demand M-anage platform before for a previous ESE online event and have been registered by a third party or part of a group, please click here and log in and follow the instructions to setup your credentials and trigger an account verification email. Please make sure you do this before the start of the event to ensure you have no delays with accessing e-ECE 2021 when it goes live. If you have registered yourself, you do not need to do this.
If you have already confirmed your account, but do not remember your password, you can reset this by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD. Please check your SPAM folder for any communications.

Online Payment
All payments for the Congress must be made in Euros and paid into the designated European Society of Endocrinology bank account as detailed on the registration payment page via credit card for individual bookings and either credit card or invoice for Group Bookings. Bioscientifica Ltd is the professional conference organiser for e-ECE 2021 and acts on behalf of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE).
The preferred payment method for the Congress is on-line payment with a credit/debit card. When you have provided your personal details in the online registration form, you will be automatically redirected to the WorldPay secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form. An automatic payment receipt is sent by email from WorldPay if the payment is processed successfully.
It is important that you click the ‘FINISH’ button and request confirmation via email. Failure to do so will mean your registration will not be complete and may delay sending you vital information about the Congress and your entry to the Congress when it opens.
If your card has added security features, you may need to approve the payment before you can proceed. Once you have approved the payment, please wait a couple of minutes (do not log out) before trying again and your payment should go through successfully.
Cancellation of Registration/Refund Requests
We cannot accept any cancellations for e-ECE 2021, if you miss the live days you can watch all sessions on ESE On Demand; all registrants will have access for 60 days following the congress.
