Individual accommodation bookings (up to a maximum of eight (8) rooms)
To make a hotel reservation for up to eight (8) rooms please click on the 'Book Now' button. This will open a map with real-time Hotel availability near the Stockholmsmässan and in the city centre with easy access to the Conference Centre.
Group Accommodation (nine (9) rooms or more)
Please contact the ECE 2024 Accommodation Manager at ece2024.hotels@endocrinology.org to discuss your group requirements. Please include in your email: company name and address, telephone, email address, number of rooms required, arrival and departure date.
We have secured room block bookings at selected hotels and can also support you with group bookings at hotels not on our list if required. These selected hotels are located near the Stockholmsmässan or in the city centre. Please note that the booking will be completed once a contract is signed with the hotel of your choice.
All Group reservations requested will be handled on first come first served basis.
