Group registration is available for 10 or more participants. If you have less than 10 participants, each delegate will need to be registered separately. You can register your group online through the registration system, by using the 'Group Registration' module. For assistance in making your group booking please refer to the Group Booking Guide below.
Group booking for ECE@Home and in-person tickets
If your group consists of ECE@home and in-person attendees please note group bookings for each ticket type needs to be separated into two orders.
For instance if you have a group consisting of 10 in person attendees and 10 ECE@home attendees you will have to complete two orders: the two ticket types cannot be combined into one order.
If you have 10 or more within a group for one ticket type and less for another type please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to guide you through this process.

Booking for 10 or more from your Institution?
Did you know you can register your whole department or institution at the same time, with the Group Booking facility? If 10 or more of your colleagues want to attend, you can do one Group Booking and one payment for your institution, e.g. University or Hospital department. Please use the Group Booking function and make one payment for the whole Group via credit card or request one invoice for the whole Group.
IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION FOR GROUP LEADERS: If your participants have not previously accessed ESE's platform via M-anage (ESE’s On Demand and online Congress platform), please remind them to look out for an email from the M-anage support team to verify their account. If participants do not verify their account, they will not recieve important information relating to ECE 2024.
If your participants have used the M-anage platform before, please ask them to log in to ensure they remember their login details. If they have forgotten their password, they can reset this by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD. They will need to check their SPAM/Junk folder for any communications as these may land there depending on SPAM filter settings and firewalls.
