ESE Membership renewals for 2024 have been sent out in the first week of January 2024 - please get in touch with the Membership Team at email@example.com if you have not received your renewal information or if you have any questions at all. This is slightly later than usual as we have installed our new Membership Management System.
Yes, all existing ESE Members have now been given a New Membership Number as part of our digital transformation project, new membership management system and new Members' Area. If you do not know your number please log in and you can find it under Update My Details, at the drop down under your name. Please don't worry - we have your old number on record and all your account details are in one place, but please use this new number from now on for all event bookings and whenever you are asked for your membership number.
If this is the case, then there may be two reasons why this is happening:
- You are using a different email address from the one which is associated to your ESE membership account. Please note that you must use the email address which is linked with your membership to be able to proceed with registration.
- Your membership number is incorrect.
If you cannot remember which email address you have used for your membership, or what your membership number is, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a reminder of your membership details.
In this case, you are most likely using your own email address to register the delegate you are registering on behalf of. Once you have created an account for yourself, you are given the option to 'Register or book tickets for someone else' - after selecting this option, you must use the delegate’s information and not your own.
It can take a few days for new memberships to update on our registration system. Please allow a few days after applying for ESE Membership before registering for the event, to ensure that the membership data on our systems have updated.

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION FOR GROUP LEADERS: If your participants have not previously accessed ESE's platform via M-anage (ESE’s On Demand and online Congress platform), please remind them to look out for an email from the M-anage support team to verify their account. If participants do not verify their account, they will not be sent further instructions about ECE 2024.

No, your registration cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Yes, you can make a booking for more than one person but you will need to do the bookings one at a time so every delegate has a separate invoice and provide the relevant person's email address. This is to ensure that each delegate receives a QR code so that they can collect their badge onsite and receives instructions on how to access the online platform. Please select the option ‘Register or book tickets for someone else’ during Registration.
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for all delegates attending the ECE 2024 Congress.
Yes, the content from ECE 2024 will be accessible to all registered delegates for 60 days after the Congress on ESE On Demand. Please note, some industry content may not be available online depending on individual company agreements. Non-members will lose access to all online content after 60 days.
All abstracts should be submitted before the deadline of: Monday 22 January 2024 (23:59 CET)
All accepted abstracts will be published in Endocrine Abstracts approximately two weeks prior to the Congress and will also be available online on ESE On Demand. Both publications will correspond with the ECE 2024 Congress. Abstracts accepted as poster presentations will be published online on ESE On Demand.
You will be notified of acceptance or rejection in March 2024, before the Super Early Bird registration deadline: of Monday 25 March 2024 (23:59 CEST) so you will still be able to take advantage of the lower registration fees.
Please note if your abstract is accepted at least one author must register and pay to attend the Congress, either in person or virtually.
Any abstracts that do not have author(s) registered before Monday 22 April 2024 (23:59 CEST) will be removed from publication in Endocrine Abstracts.
