Individual Accommodation Bookings
For individual hotel reservations, please use the HotelMap below to search for suitable accommodation for the ECE 2027 Congress in Basel and to book your preferred hotel directly.
Please note that neither the congress organiser nor Interplan handles hotel bookings on behalf of congress participants. They cannot accept any liability for accommodation booked directly via the hotel booking portal or through any separate hotel allotments.
Group Accommodation
For group accommodation requests of five (05) rooms or more, please use the hotel link below (HotelMap) and select the option for a group reservation in the top right corner.
After submitting your details, the ECE 2027 Accommodation Team will contact you to discuss your group requirements.
All group accommodation requests are handled on a first come, first served basis.

WARNING: There is an increasing number of fraudulent websites and agencies impersonating official congress service providers. Please use only trusted and officially communicated booking services.
If you are contacted by any agency offering accommodation for the ECE 2027 Congress, please be aware that such companies are not authorised to represent ECE 2027 unless explicitly stated on the official congress website.
