Join us in Prague from 9-12 May 2026 to connect with peers and world-renowned speakers face-to-face. You'll have the ability to ask questions directly during sessions and take advantage of networking opportunities with colleagues from overseas.

Registration for ECE@HOME will open in January 2026.
If you are unable to join us in person, you can participate virtually with ECE@HOME. All sessions will be live streamed so you can be part of the action in Prague and ask questions through the Congress virtual attendance platform which will be answered live. You’ll be able to catch up on all the other sessions at a time that suits you via ESE On Demand. Content will also be available to any registered delegates who are not ESE Members for 60 days following the Congress, while all ESE Members who register for ECE will benefit from ongoing access!

All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Payment will be required at the time of registration. Registration confirmation and joining instructions will be sent to all participants via email after receipt of registration and payment. Please note ESE Members must be renewed for 2026.
Reduced registration rates are available for:
- ESE Members who are Early Career or Students (for those who miss out on a limited low rate of €100 for a student place) or Retired
- People who are from low or middle income countries. Your country's income status can be checked on the World Bank website.
- Group registrations for ECE@HOME for institutions is available to support those unable to attend in person due to institutional constraints. See the Group Registration page.

Reduced Rate: Early Career: People who are studying full time for an academic qualification. This does not include those studying part-time while working in another role (e.g. MD students). ESE Early Career members should register under the Early Career reduced rate.

Endocrine professionals based in Ukraine
We are pleased to provide support to all endocrine professionals based in Ukraine to attend ECE 2026 free of charge, either in person or via ECE@HOME.
If you are not an ESE Member and you reside in the Ukraine, you will need to apply for a complimentary ESE Membership to be able to access the complimentary ECE 2026 registration. Please contact our ESE membership team at info@ese-hormiones.org.
When registering for ECE 2026, Members can select ‘Ukraine ESE member’ and enter your membership number, then click 'Choose Ticket' and continue through process. Under payment you must select 'Pay as an individual' and no payment will be required.
We are pleased to offer a limited number of ‘Student’ registrations to ESE Members for a low rate of €100. Please note Student registrations are limited and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Once all the lower rate Student spaces are allocated, the ESE Member/Early Career/Reduced rates will apply. If you are unsure about your eligibility please check your membership category or contact the ESE membership team at info@ese-hormones.org.
Group registration is available for 10 or more participants. If you have less than 10 participants, each delegate will need to be registered separately.
Additionally, for groups from the same institution ECE@HOME for institutions is available to support those unable to attend in person due to institutional constraints.

Please note: We are unable to provide grants to individuals or anyone working at an institution currently under sanction according to the consolidated list of financial sanctions targets in the UK (as listed here). We go through a verification process to ensure this is not the case.
If you are speaking as part of a Rapid or Oral Communications session, please choose the participant type relevant to you. Please do not select Speaker/Chair as this participant type is reserved for Invited Speakers.
If you are an invited speaker, speaking as part of the main Scientific Programme, you will be contacted separately by the Congress Team to arrange your registration.

If you intend to become an ESE Member, please do so before you register for ECE 2026 as we may not be able to change your participant type once your booking has been made.
If you are a current member of ESE, you must have renewed your membership for 2026 to benefit from the reduced member rates for ECE 2026. Please note: If you have recently become a member or renewed your membership within the last few days, this may take a couple of days to reflect this in the registration system.
If you wish to become a new ESE member and take advantage of the ESE member benefits and the reduced ECE 2026 registration fees, submit your application before 25 March 2026 (23:59 CET) to ensure you receive your membership details before the Super Early Bird deadline (31 March 2026).

All payments for the Congress must be made in Euros and paid into the designated European Society of Endocrinology bank account as detailed on the registration payment page via credit card for individual bookings and either credit card or invoice for Group Bookings. Interplan is the professional conference organiser for ECE 2026 and acts on behalf of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE).
Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full.
The preferred payment method for the Congress is online payment with a credit/debit card. When you have provided your personal details in the online registration form, you will be automatically redirected to the Stripe secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form. An automatic payment receipt is sent by email from Stripe if the payment is processed successfully.
It is important that you click the ‘FINISH’ button and request confirmation via email. Failure to do so will mean your registration will not be complete and may delay sending you vital information about the Congress and your entry to the Congress when it opens.
