Group booking for ECE@Home and in-person tickets
If your group consists of ECE@home and in-person attendees please note group bookings for each ticket type needs to be separated into two orders.
For instance if you have a group consisting of 10 in person attendees and 10 ECE@home attendees you will have to complete two orders: the two ticket types cannot be combined into one order.
If you have 10 or more within a group for one ticket type and less for another type please contact ece2026-congress@interplan.de to guide you through this process.

Booking for 10 or more from your Institution?
Did you know you can register your whole department or institution at the same time, with the Group Booking facility? If 10 or more of your colleagues want to attend, you can do one Group Booking and one payment for your institution, e.g. University or Hospital department. Please use the Group Booking function and make one payment for the whole Group via credit card or request one invoice for the whole Group.
IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION FOR GROUP LEADERS:
If your participants have not previously accessed ESE's platform via M-anage (ESE’s On Demand and online Congress platform), please remind them to look out for an email from the M-anage support team to verify their account. If participants do not verify their account, they will not recieve important information relating to ECE 2024.
If your participants have used the M-anage platform before, please ask them to log in to ensure they remember their login details. If they have forgotten their password, they can reset this by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD. They will need to check their SPAM/Junk folder for any communications as these may land there depending on SPAM filter settings and firewalls.

ECE@HOME group institution registrations for ECE 2026
Group registration for delegates from the same institution to support those unable to attend in person due to institutional constraints.
For ECE@HOME attendance only, for medical and academic institutions.
Discount tiers:
Group of 5-10 people: 5% off
Group of 11-20 people: 10% off
Group of 21-30 people: 15% off
Group of 31+people: 20% off
Regulations:
- All delegates must be from the same medical or academic institution
- Discount applies to the total registration fee (excluding add-ons or pre-Congress events)
- Must register together as a group, with one transaction, and one person designated for managing the group names and payment.
- Additional registrations cannot be added to a group once the transaction is complete.
- Group individuals will be issued with a ticket and log in details.
ESE retains the right to cancel access if there is found to be sharing of log-in details or abusing registration.
This does not apply to:
- Anyone attending in person
- People from different institutions
- A company purchasing tickets for delegates from different institutions
