For delegates attending ECE 2026 in person, any questions you have will hopefully be answered below. If you do have any other questions, please contact ece2026-congress@interplan.de.
ESE Membership renewals for 2026 have been sent out in early October 2025 - please get in touch with the Membership Team at info@ese-hormones.org if you have not received your renewal information or if you have any questions at all.
If you do not know your number please log in to the My ESE Membership hub and you can find it under Update My Details, at the drop down under your name. Please use this number for all event bookings, including ECE 2026.
If this is the case, then there may be two reasons why this is happening:
- You are using a different email address from the one which is associated to your ESE membership account. Please note that you must use the email address which is linked with your membership to be able to proceed with registration.
- Your membership number is incorrect.
If you cannot remember which email address you have used for your membership, or what your membership number is, please email info@ese-hormones.org for a reminder of your membership details.
In this case, you are most likely using your own email address to register the delegate you are registering on behalf of. Once you have created an account for yourself, you are given the option to 'Register or book tickets for someone else' - after selecting this option, you must use the delegate’s information and not your own.
It can take a few days for new memberships to update on our registration system. Please allow a few days after applying for ESE Membership before registering for the event, to ensure that the membership data on our systems have updated.

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION FOR GROUP LEADERS: If your participants have not previously accessed ESE's platform via M-anage (ESE’s On Demand and online Congress platform), please remind them to look out for an email from the M-anage support team to verify their account. If participants do not verify their account, they will not be sent further instructions about ECE 2026.
If your participants have used the M-anage platform before, please ask them to login to ensure they remember their login details. No, your registration cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Yes, you can make a booking for more than one person but you will need to do the bookings one at a time so every delegate has a separate invoice and provide the relevant person's email address. This is to ensure that each delegate receives a QR code so that they can collect their badge onsite and receive instructions on how to access the online platform. Please select the option ‘Register or book tickets for someone else’ during Registration.
All abstracts should be submitted before the deadline of: Tuesday 20 January 2026 (23:59 CET)
All accepted abstracts will be published some time after the Congress and will also be available online on ESE On Demand. Both publications will correspond with the ECE 2026 Congress. Abstracts accepted as poster presentations will be published online on ESE On Demand.
You will be notified of acceptance or rejection in March 2026, before the Super Early Bird registration deadline: Tuesday 31 March 2026 (23:59 CEST) so you will still be able to take advantage of the lower registration fees.
Please note if your abstract is accepted at least one must register and pay to attend the Congress, either in person or virtually.
Any abstracts that do not have author(s) registered before Monday 22 April 2024 (23:59 CEST) will be removed from publication.

A Certificate of Attendance will be available for all delegates attending ECE 2026.
The European Congress of Endocrinology, Prague, Czech Republic 9/05/2026 - 12/05/2026 (ECE 2026), will apply for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Following the Congress all attendees will be sent an evaluation form by email to complete. This will also be made available via the ECE 2026 Congress platform. All feedback will make a considerable difference and help us to improve future Congresses. Following completion of the evaluation form a CME certificate will be emailed within 14 working days of the survey closing date.

CME accreditation will also be available for ESE On Demand content.
Yes, the content from ECE 2026 will be accessible to all registered delegates for 60 days after the Congress on ESE On Demand. Please note, some industry content may not be available online depending on individual company agreements. Non-members will lose access to all online content after 60 days.
The Congress platform will open just before the Congress dates, and further information will follow in due course.
