Dr Sofia Llahana is a Senior Lecturer in Advanced Clinical Practice at City, University of London, and holds an honorary Consultant Nurse in Endocrinology position at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She is notable for pioneering the first Consultant Nurse role in Endocrinology in the UK, combining advanced clinical expertise with leadership, innovation, and research. Her academic career includes a Doctor of Nursing Science (DNSc) and extensive postgraduate training in nursing, diabetes care, and healthcare leadership.

Nicole Reisch is a leading German endocrinologist, internationally recognised for her expertise in adrenal and gonadal disorders, particularly congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH).

I am a physician specializing in Internal Medicine, currently completing clinical training in Cardiology and planning to pursue Endocrinology. I earned my medical degree and a medical Ph.D. on thyroid carcinoma at the University of Mainz in the Department of Nuclear Medicine. For the past ten years, I have been involved in the CAH Initiative, including four years of half‑time work, participation in national projects, and over 300 interviews with members. This experience has strengthened my understanding of rare endocrine disorders and patient‑focused care. I live and work in the west of Germany, where I continue to develop my clinical skills and contribute to national medical and advocacy efforts. Lately, I've been focusing on pregnancy and CAH.
