ESE Talks… led by EUWIN: Empowering Women in Academia: Career Advancement and Grant Success

The session will focus on practical strategies for women to advance their academic careers, with particular emphasis on successful grant applications. Three successful women in academia will share their personal experiences, insights, and lessons learned, covering career development, mentorship and networking as well as strategies for securing research funding.
The main take-home messages will be to approach career development strategically, build supportive networks, learn from others’ experiences, and develop confidence and skills in pursuing research funding.
