The Virtual Animated Conversation – From insulin-resistance, to PCOS, to gestational diabetes: the journey of obese women - PCOS and its link with insulin resistance, provided by the Scientific Seminars International Foundation, will be launched on 30 May 2024.
The learning objectives are: improving PCOS diagnostic skills; increasing the awareness about the potential for a combination of metformin and lifestyle measures to improve PCOS symptoms and outcomes; discussing the principles of GDM screening and diagnosis; learning the actual treatment options for GDM and their relationship with short-term and long-term outcomes.
