Are you a patient with hypoparathyroidism? Join us for the Hypoparathyroidism Patient Forum hosted by ESE, to attend talks by clinicians and hypopara patients.
The event is free of charge, but requires registration.
We invite you to submit your questions to the panellists before the event, by 15 October 2023. You can do it via this form:
- Questions related to the topics of the webinar will be prioritised.
- We are not able to give medical advice or answer questions related to particular circumstances of a patient. Please contact your doctor if you require medical advice.
- You will also be able to ask questions live during the webinar.
