Frequently Asked Questions

Registration for e-ECE 2021

If you are encountering issues when trying to register for e-ECE 2021, please read the commonly Frequently Asked Questions below, which may answer your query. If you are still unsure, please email ece2021@endocrinology.org and we will be pleased to assist!

 1. I am an ESE member, and the 'Choose tickets' button is not working, what can I do?

If this is the case, then there are two reasons why this is happening:

  1. You are using a different email address from the one which is associated to your ESE membership account. Please note that you must use the email address which is linked with your membership to be able to proceed with registration.
  2. Your membership number is incorrect.

If you cannot remember which email address you have used for your membership, or what your membership number is, please email info@euro-endo.org for a reminder of your membership details.

2. I am registering on behalf of someone else, but it won't let me 'Choose tickets'?

In this case, you are most likely using your own email address to register the delegate you are registering on behalf of. Once you have created an account for yourself, you are given the option to 'Register or book tickets for someone else'- after selecting this option, you must use the delegate’s information and not your own. I have a new membership, why isn’t my registration working?

It can take a few days for new memberships to update on our registration system. Please allow a few days after applying for ESE Membership before registering for the event, to ensure that the membership data on our systems have updated.

3. Can I still apply to become a member of ESE and be eligible for discounted registration to e-ECE 2021?

The deadlines for you to submit a new membership application in time for e-ECE 2021 are:

You need to select the option that is appropriate to your membership and career stage:   If you are uncertain, please contact ece2021@endocrinology.org

The preferred payment method for the Congress is on-line payment with a credit/debit card. When you have provided your personal details in the online registration form, you will be automatically redirected to the WorldPay secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form. An automatic payment receipt is sent by email from WorldPay if the payment is processed successfully. All payments for the Congress must be made in Euros and paid into the designated European Society of Endocrinology bank account as detailed on the registration payment page via credit card for individual bookings and either credit card or invoice for Group Bookings. Bioscientifica Ltd is the professional conference organiser for e-ECE 2021 and acts on behalf of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE).
