Registration Fees

All prices are quoted in Euros (€)

Please note: The ‘FELLOW/STUDENT’ rate is available for individuals who are studying full time for an academic qualification. This does not include those studying part-time whilst working in another role (e.g. MD students). To show eligibility for these rates, you would be required to provide written proof of your student status at the time of registration.

Registration Fees include:

• Access to all congress sessions and commercial exhibition
• Delegate bag including all congress materials and a name badge
• Endocrine Abstracts online
• Meet the Expert Handbook electronic version
• Entrance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• All refreshment breaks during the Congress

Please note: Delegates must be over the age of 16 to enter the exhibition hall.

Please note: there is a strict NO PHOTOGRAPHY policy at ECE 2019. Delegates may be asked to leave if this is not adhered to.

Dates and Deadlines

Deadline for Early Bird Registration: Thursday 04 April 2019 (23:59 BST)

Deadline for Standard Registration: Thursday 17 May 2019 (23:59 BST)

Registration applications received after 23:59 on Thursday 17 May 2019 will be charged at the onsite price. Attendees should register onsite after this time.

It is strongly recommended that you register in advance for the meeting. Payment will be required at the time of registration. Cash and cheque payments CANNOT be accepted onsite. Payment onsite at ECE 2019 will be accepted by debit / credit card only.

To be eligible at a particular rate, payment must reach our account in time for that deadline. If received after this, the higher fee would apply to the registration.

Cancellation of Registration / Refund Requests

All cancellations of registration or refund requests must be made in writing to ESE c/o Bioscientifica Ltd.

Cancellation of registration or refund requests will be accepted until and on 04 April 2019 – cancellation requests received before this date will be subject to an administrative charge of 25%.

For cancellations or refund requests made after 04 April 2019 (for any reason including ill health) we regret that no refunds can be made or authorised.

Please send your confirmation and receipt with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the delegate. Refunds will be processed after the ECE 2019 Congress.

It is recommended that all delegates take out insurance to cover their registration, travel and accommodation costs to cover the case that they are unable to attend or the event is cancelled for any unforeseen reason. ESE c/o Bioscientifica Ltd takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.

Delegates are fully liable for damages caused to third parties and property. All delegates shall have valid, comprehensive third party liability insurance.

Italian Pharmaceutical Companies and Secretariat

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).
The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:

Delegate Documents

Registration confirmation and joining instructions will be sent to all participants in written form via email after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment.

Online Payment

All payments for the congress must be made in EUROS to the European Society of Endocrinology. Bioscientifica Ltd is the professional conference organiser for ECE 2019 and act on behalf of the European Society of Endocrinology.

Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full.

The preferred payment method for the congress is on-line payment with a credit/debit card. Upon providing your personal details in the on-line form, you will be automatically redirected to the WorldPay secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form. An automatic payment receipt is sent by email from WorldPay if the payment is processed successfully.

It is important that you click the ‘FINISH’ button and request confirmation via email, failure to do so will mean your registration will not be complete and may delay entry to the Congress.
