The ESE 2025 Renewal period has now ended, you can however now rejoin, it is quick and easy: simply log in to My ESE and click on Rejoin ESE Membership.
This will open up your unique renewal form, simply check and update any of your membership and communication details and select your payment method.
New for 2025 - you can now select to set up an automatically renewing annual payment (Direct Debit)

Concession Rates
The concession rate is available to applicants for ESE membership who are:
- From low or middle income countries (as classified by the World Bank). Please include this in your application form (tick the box for your country).
- Members of current National Partner Societies (view list here)
If you are eligible, these concessionary rates will be applied automatically when you fill in your application form. You will have the choice to select to pay the concessionary fee or the full fee. We appreciate those who pay in full where possible – this means we can grow our activities, grants and educational events and continue to offer lower fees for students, early career professionals and those from low and middle income countries.
Complimentary membership
If you are based in Ukraine you are entitled to complimentary membership in 2025. Please contact the membership team to sign up.
