Our Global External Events Calendar
We are pleased to include relevant endocrine-related events in our External Events calendar.
If you are working on an event which is relevant to our members and would like your event to be included on the 'External Events calendar' on the ESE website, please complete the form below and we will review your application.
All applications will be reviewed by the ESE Office team and we will let you know within ten working days of receiving your form if the event will be added to the calendar or if we need more information, and we aim to add events within 15 working days. Please apply at least three months before the date of the event.
In return, we kindly request that you help promote our annual Congress - the European Congress of Endocrinology (ECE) - to the delegates attending your event and, following a discussion with you, we will send you relevant digital and/or print materials for this.
Please read the criteria below before completing the application form to make sure your event is relevant and that you have all the information you need to hand..
Note: Organisations formally affiliated with ESE through organisational membership, such as National Partner Societies, Specialist Partner Societies, Associate Partner Societies and Patient Advocacy Groups can also apply for formal ESE Endorsement for their educational events if they fulfill certain criteria. See HERE for more information. Any events which receive endorsement will also be listed in the External Events Calendar.
The criteria below will help you determine whether your event (e.g. a professional conference/meeting or a training course) is suitable to be listed on the ESE External Events calendar.
Applications for inclusion of an event need to:
- Be run by or in association with a recognised scientific society or association or academic institution.
- Have a scientific programme which is completely independent from commercial influence.
- Ensure that the event is not likely to generate complaints or criticisms against ESE if it is on the ESE website.
- Submit the event programme or summary in English.
- Make the application at least three months before the event date.
- Ensure that the information requested on the application form below is complete and an image is supplied (1200 x 750px).
