ESE Examination Grant

*Applications for the ESE Examination Grant are now closed*

ESE provides a limited number of grants to cover 50% of the cost of taking the European Board Examination in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.

These grants are available to ESE members who are in the ‘in-training’ or ‘reduced rate’ categories. The grant amount is €375 (50% of the registration fee). Applicants will be notified if their application has been successful or not as soon as possible after applications close and have been reviewed. The Treasurer’s decision is final.

Payment of the grant is made by reduction of the exam registration fee that is required to be paid. Following award of the grant, the applicant will receive a unique link to pay for the examination at a reduced rate. There will be no financial transfer of money between ESE and the applicant.

If you have questions relating to the ESE Examination Grant or the European Board Exam, please contact the ESE Office.

Please note: We are unable to provide grants to individuals or institutions currently under sanction according to the consolidated list of financial sanctions targets in the UK, as listed here.

Applications are verified to ensure this is not the case before a grant is awarded. ESE does not permit sanctioned individuals or individuals from sanctioned institutions to attend any ESE events.
