ESE's Statements in response to the refugee crisis in Armenia

ESE supports endocrine health care providers coping with the Armenian refugee crisis

In response to the refugee crisis created when the population of the former enclave Nagorno Karabakh fled into Armenia, ESE together with the European Society for Pediatric Endocrinology, the Armenian Association of Paediatric Endocrinologists and the Armenian Association of Endocrinology have issued statements to create awareness around the needs of endocrine patients

Endocrine Disease Emergency Cards

In order to support patients and physicians in their care pathway and highlight emergency aspects related to specific endocrine diseases , ESE has developed 5 disease emergency cards in Armenian language. The cards address critical situations that can occur in Adrenal Insufficiency, Type 1 Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes Insipidus and Hypoparathyroidism. These cards can be downloaded, printed on credit card format and provided to the patient.
