Submit Abstract

We welcome your abstract submissions for ECE 2026 and look forward to hearing about your latest work.

  • Abstract submission deadline - Tuesday 20 January 2026, 23:59 CET

Accepted abstracts are presented as Posters, ePosters, Rapid Communications or Oral Communications.

All accepted abstracts will also be published in a supplement of the European Journal of Endocrinology (EJE) - 28th European Congress of Endocrinology Abstract supplement – a fully open access and citable collection of all the abstracts presented at ECE 2026.

At least one author from each accepted abstract must register to attend ECE 2026 and be identified as a presenting author on the submission form. Abstracts will not be published if this condition is not met.

You will be notified of acceptance or rejection by mid-March 2026, in advance of the Super Early Bird registration deadline.

Submitting Abstracts for Pre-Congress Events

Androgen Excess and PCOS Society (AE-PCOS) Update Meeting - abstracts can also be submitted for this meeting, in addition to ECE 2026, or just for the AE-PCOS Update meeting via the main ECE 2026 abstract submission portal above. Please note you must register for both meetings if your abstract is accepted for both of these meetings. If you submit to ECE 2026 your abstract will be published in a supplement of the European Journal of Endocrinology (EJE) - 28th European Congress of Endocrinology Abstract Supplement.

Growth Hormone Research Society (GRS) Congress - abstracts for this Congress can be submitted by email to the Growth Hormone Research Society (GRS). In addition, abstracts can also be submitted to ECE 2026 using the link above, and will be published in a supplement of the European Journal of Endocrinology (EJE) - 28th European Congress of Endocrinology Abstract Supplement. You must be registered for the corresponding Congresses in order to present or for your abstract to be published.
